Check your browser's sound/autoplay permissions and try Chrome or Firefox. Audio narration is a premium feature; free members get one narrated scenario as a preview.
Scenarios aren't tracking my progress
Refresh the page and confirm you're signed in and online. Progress syncs in the background; a flaky connection can delay it.
I can't see my premium features
Your session refreshes tier periodically — sign out and back in to pick up a recent upgrade immediately.
